We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our ServiceNow practice as a Senior Technical Consultant. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Job Description
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial part in the development of technical project delivery and consulting services. Your expertise will help us deliver complex IT projects and engagements while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring excellent service levels to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Solutions: You will work closely with our team to design and implement innovative solutions that provide value, relevance, and sustainability.
* Technical Leadership: As an experienced consultant, you will contribute your technical expertise to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects.
* Complex Problem-Solving: You will lead the resolution of complex configuration and integration challenges while partnering with our ServiceNow Solution Architects to mature and improve the frameworks we deliver.
* Mentorship: You will play a key role in mentoring junior team members, helping them develop specialized skills and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years' experience as an end-to-end ServiceNow Consultant focused on Migration, Transformation, and IT Outsourcing initiatives.
* Experience in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles.
* Strong Application development and integration experience.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS.
