Financial Analysis and Reporting Role
About the Position
This is a key support role that provides business partnering, financial insights, analysis, and advice to divisions within our health service. The successful candidate will work closely with cost centre managers to drive business performance.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the finance business manager and senior finance business advisor in provision of business partnering services
* Provide financial insights, analysis, and advice to divisions
* Collaborate with cost centre managers to drive business performance
Requirements
* Demonstrated ability and skills in business partnering, performance reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
* Able to assist in preparation and ongoing maintenance of budgets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Highly developed communication, negotiation, and consultation skills
* Demonstrated Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with enterprise-wide financial management applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Tertiary studies in accounting, business, or commerce
* Membership of a related professional body
