The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven BDM with hire industry experience to drive growth, secure key accounts, and manage tender processes. Based in Stapylton, you'll build relationships with Civil Construction Groups, Infrastructure Road Owners Management, Road Maintenance & Service Providers, and Councils, offering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of their projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across civil infrastructure construction and road maintenance space
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships
* Prepare, submit, and manage tenders for major projects
* Collaborate with operations to deliver on client requirements and service expectations
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
About You
* Proven track record in business development within the hire industry
* Strong experience supplying equipment for civil construction projects
* Tendering expertise with the ability to manage complex submissions
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, driven, and commercially astute
