Job Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for building a comprehensive strategic plan to gain market share in the local area. This involves developing and implementing effective business strategies, prioritizing performance through tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and working closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* People leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance
* Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
* Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential)
* Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations
* Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework
* The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance
* A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
* Knowledge of retail branch operations
