**The Client & Opportunity**
Our client is looking for 3 bright and bubbly individuals who can be the front of house for a Premium shopping center based in Canberra! This role will have you doing a variety of tasks from administration to organizing events! This is a very unique opportunity to get your foot in the door in the property industry, working in one of Canberra's leading Shopping Centre's.
The role
- liaising with general public, clients & colleagues
- Assisting customers with general enquiries
- advising center management of any arising issues that may occur
- promotion marketing events within the center
**Skills**:
- Experience in customer service, reception or concierge based roles
- Excellent personal presentation
- Good problem solving skills
- A courteous, customer-focused attitude
