Day to day responsibilities:
* Prospecting to seek new clients to grow the Property Management and Sales Business in and beyond the Bellarine Peninsula
* Establish and strengthen relationships and partnerships with referral partners
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and investors
* Convert leads and offer solutions and a personalised approach that align with investment and financial goals
* Collaborate with the sales team to transition new clients seamlessly
* Represent RT Edgar's reputation for service excellence
About You
• Proven experience in real estate — ideally within business development or property management
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Results-focused with a polished and professional approach
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate and driver's licence
