Overview
Maintenance - Operator Production Maintenance role based in Ravensworth, New South Wales, Australia. This is a full-time position within Ravensworth Operations.
The Role
* An opportunity exists for experienced Maintenance Fitters, who are self-motivated and committed to developing a culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
* Work safely and effectively as part of a diverse team to optimise equipment availability and reliability, ensuring fleet performance and other targets are achieved across the business.
* This position is permanent full time with an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses.
* Maintenance Fitters at Ravensworth operate a 7 Day/7 Night – Lifestyle Roster, Tuesday to Friday Day Shift only Roster or an 8 Day/3 Night (4x4x3) Roster.
* Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for following maintenance and service plans within the Weekly Maintenance Plan Process as instructed by Maintenance Supervisor.
* Clearly understanding fleet targets for the Department and actively involved in identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
* Using your trades skills to ensure budgeted fleet performance is achieved.

* Follow maintenance and service plans within the Weekly Maintenance Plan Process as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
* Understand fleet targets and identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies.
* Apply trade skills to achieve budgeted fleet performance and reliability targets.
About You
* Relevant trade qualifications.
* Demonstrated experience in maintaining and servicing Excavators, Drills, mobile earthmoving equipment and fixed plant.
* Commitment to embracing new skills, opportunities and responsibility.
* Field experience with Excavators and Drills is highly regarded.
* Ideal candidate will identify continuous business opportunities and maintain a high concern for health and safety by following safety systems and adhering to all company HSEC policies and legislative requirements.
