The OpportunityWe are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Doncaster Boutique.
In this role, you'll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a premium boutique environment, you'll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.
What You'll Do
* Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
* Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
* Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
* Assist with stock flow and day-to-day boutique operations
