About the role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, as a Guest Service Agent you will be performing a variety of duties throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide exceptional service to guests.
* Guest check in/check out.
* Greet and serve guests in a prompt manner.
* Assisting with luggage on guest arrival and departure.
* Look after guest enquiries in a professional manner.
About you
Working within the hospitality environment you will have a bright, energetic attitude and most importantly - love to have fun, in addition to;
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* A real go getter, who can think on their feet.
* Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.
* A high level of personal presentation and grooming.
* Flexibility to work various rostered shifts over a seven day roster.
* Current Victorian Driver's License.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a hotel environment is essential.
