The Opportunity
We are seeking a self-motivated, passionate and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support professional who is eager to progress and develop their career with us.
Working as part of a committed team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will enjoy building relationships across a broad customer base including distributors, manufacturers, workshops and general consumers.
Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of our parts sales.
You will:
* Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers (phone/email or counter sales)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty
* Manage inbound and outbound calls
* Process return goods requests and documentation
* Enter new customer data and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
* Maintain and compile new vehicle data for cataloguing
* Maintain product and technical knowledge on a regular basis

Achieving this role requires a self-starter who is outcome driven and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. You will utilise your superb inter-personal skills to develop relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
Ideal candidates will also have:
* Experience in a customer/spare parts support role within Automotive or Industrial industry
* A strong aptitude to understanding with a proven ability to convey technical information in a simple manner
* Proficiency in MS Office suite
* An action-oriented, curious mind and eagerness to learn
* Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner and strong organisational skills
* Customer-centric with a solution-focused approach
