The Role & Company
Our client is a medium-sized agency located in Perth's Northern Suburbs, operating across all areas of Property, including Residential, Commercial, and development.
Due to growth, my client is open to structuring the job hours and role/duties around the successful candidate. You will work alongside another team member within the accounts department and the General Manager.
You may be a SUPERSTAR Trust Accountant who likes to dabble in Bookkeeping or a whizz Bookkeeper who wants to add another string to their bow. Whatever you enjoy, we can make happen. Manage a piece of the pie in both areas or pick one area to have FULL autonomy.
Trust Accounting
- Managing all things Trust across 600 properties
- Bond lodgements and management
- Daily reconciliation
- End of Month
Bookkeeping
- Payroll for up to 20 staff members including commissions
- General accounts and reconciliations
- Monthly reporting
- BAS - if desired

About You
- Experience in either Bookkeeping or Trust Accounting
- Excellent financial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
