The role of Business Development Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for the organization. The successful candidate will engage with prospects and customers, helping them understand the value of Intercom through strategic prospecting.

* Strategic account list creation and prioritization with Account Executives
* New business pipeline generation for Account Executives through cold calling, email, social media etc.
* Providing exceptional customer experience for prospective customers
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
* Demonstrating ability to attract new customers
* Collaboration with other functions to improve business processes
* Engagement in team development and mentoring
