We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished business development leader to spearhead our sales efforts.
Job Description:
As a senior business development leader, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying areas of mutual benefit, and negotiating deals that meet the needs of both parties. Your expertise will also be leveraged to advise on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market positioning.
Additionally, you will provide coaching and guidance to junior members of the sales team, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in order to achieve their full potential.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

* A proven track record of achieving high levels of sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Extensive knowledge of the travel industry, including the leisure and independent markets
