The Role 
- Monday – Friday, managing administration, preparation, and co-ordination of all properties listed for sale 
- Support with diary management 
- Attend and manage out of office appointments including but not limited to photoshoots, building and pest inspections, pre-settlement inspections 
- Preparing for listing and appraisal presentations 
- Organising and preparing open houses & auctions 
- Manage the exchange to settlement period between vendor, buyers & solicitors including submitting invoices 
The Candidate 
- Have a strong administration background in Real Estate 
- A Current Certificate of Registration 
- Ability to manage a high volume work load – you will be working across listings up to $6 Million 
- Provide a high stand of customer service 
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) 
- Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
