The Role
This role is responsible for delivering two major infrastructure uplift projects within a large, community-focused health and aged care organisation. The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a new enterprise backup solution and the deployment of Windows 11 across all supported devices.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of a new enterprise backup solution (Commvault).
* Oversee organisation-wide deployment of Windows 11 and associated hardware upgrades.
* Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships effectively.
* Engage internal IT, cyber security, and clinical teams to ensure smooth implementation.
* Minimise disruption to business-as-usual operations during rollout.
* Support change management and transition to business-as-usual support structures.
Your Profile
Experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background delivering infrastructure and end-user technology uplift projects in complex environments. Confident managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure, modern solutions with minimal disruption.
* Proven experience in enterprise backup and large-scale OS deployments.
* Skilled in vendor and partner management.
* Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams.
* Hands-on project planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
* Supports smooth change management and transition to business-as-usual.
