The Company
This is a construction and development group that's been around for generations and has a real track record of shaping the city with standout commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects.
They've got the security of a long-established business, and they're always looking forward and keeping things fresh.
With several major projects recently awarded, they're expanding the team, starting with experienced Project Managers.

The Role
* Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from early planning through to final handover.
* Manage budgets, programs, resourcing, and commercial risk to ensure projects run smoothly and profitably.
* Lead, mentor, and support your team of PMs, CAs, and Site Managers day-to-day.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
* Drive the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across every stage of the project.
The Criteria
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus Australian permanent residency.
* 7+ years' experience in commercial construction, with proven delivery of $20M+ projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and programs effectively.
* Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial management.
