Synchro Partners is partnering with a leading organisation undertaking a major enterprise transformation and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Time & Attendance system.
The role revolved around leading the analysis, design, and implementation of a new enterprise-wide Time & Attendance system, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into practical solutions
Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure business needs are translated into effective system solutions.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
* Reviewing existing processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned to the chosen solution
* Contributing to solution design, configuration and testing activities
* Leading workshops, user interviews and process mapping sessions
* Partnering with Product Delivery Managers, technical teams, HR and operational staff
* Producing high-quality artefacts including user stories and process documentation
* Supporting change management, training development and go-live readiness
Key Requirements:
You will bring strong enterprise delivery experience and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments. Ideally, you will have:
* Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale system implementations
* Excellent analytical, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong business process modelling and documentation capability
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working in cross-functional project teams
* Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence, Office or Google Suite, whiteboarding and diagramming tools
* A solid understanding of Agile methodologies
* Experience within Time & Attendance or workforce management environments (highly regarded)
