About the roles:
The Built Infrastructure team in Tennant Creek currently have two positions to fill – a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager position.
These positions manage delivery of construction projects across Capital Works, Minor New Works, Repairs and Maintenance, and Urgent Minor Repair programs and provide specialist advice in building and infrastructure project management.
* Develop scope and cost estimates for future projects.
* Oversee planning, design, procurement, documentation, and financial management.
* Ensure compliance with NT Building Act, Building Code of Australia, and Australian Standards.
* Travel to remote sites to manage project delivery.
About you:
* Relevant trade qualification or diploma in building or related technical field.
* Experience in building construction or project officer roles.
* Strong communication and technical skills.
* Knowledge of building industry practices and standards.
* Experience in procurement, contract administration, and reporting.
* Proven project management experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
* Cross-cultural competency and relationship-building skills.
* Current driver's licence or ability to obtain one.
