Business Development Manager – 4x4 Industry (Remote Role)RIVAL 4x4 Australia | Full-Time | $90,000–$125,000 + company vehicle + tools of trade

About the Role
RIVAL 4x4 Australia is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the 4x4 industry to drive national sales growth and dealer network expansion.
This is a remote/work-from-home role with an ideal start date in early January.
The position requires extensive interstate travel to build new dealer relationships, support existing partners, and represent the brand at major trade shows and industry events.
The BDM will work closely with the Director on KPIs, sales strategy, and business development planning.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and expand the national RIVAL 4x4 distribution network with clear KPI targets.
Provide technical, sales, and marketing support to dealers.
Travel extensively to meet new and existing dealer partners.
Represent RIVAL 4x4 Australia at major 4x4 trade shows and industry events.
Collaborate with the Director to develop sales targets, KPIs, and financial strategies.
Manage dealer onboarding via RIVAL's digital B2B portal and account application process.
Key Skills & Attributes
Proven experience in the 4x4 industry (essential)
Strong background in sales or account management (essential)
Experience in marketing (preferred)
Background in product management or product design (advantageous)
Relevant diploma or degree (preferred)
