About our commercial litigation team
Our commercial litigation team is well known in the market as one of Brisbane's premier commercial litigation practices. Our lawyers work Australia-wide and are among the best in their field. About you
Your experience and capabilities will include:
* 3–5 years' PAE at a top-tier, national or boutique commercial litigation practice
* very strong technical credentials and ability
* excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write complex and technical advice
* outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas relevant to our team's broad litigation practice, which includes general commercial litigation, property disputes, insolvency, building and construction litigation and regulatory matters
* skills to manage a varied case list involving multiple areas of law
* ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem-solve complex legal issues
* sound judgment and commercial acumen
* strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding client service
* a proactive, innovative and energetic approach
* the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
