Ongoing Full & Part Time roles available for Registered & Enrolled Nurses Combine the stability of ongoing employment with the variety of working accross different sites & specialties Generous salary packaging and low-cost onsite car parking available Classification: Grade 2, Year 3-8* On 1 January 2026 five health services (Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service) will come together to create Bayside Health.
A newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians.
The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives.
The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities.
Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

What You Will Be Doing As a Pool Nurse, you are contracted to an agreed EFT (minimum 0.4 EFT/32 hours per fortnight) and work across a rotating roster of AM, PM, and ND shifts.
Unlike ward-based roles, Pool Nurses provide backfill for vacancies across all areas and sites within Peninsula Health, according to their scope of practice.
Shifts are rostered in advance, and allocations are confirmed on the day to meet service needs.

Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
