Virtual Medical-Legal Writer & Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a Medical-Legal Writer & Administrative Assistant to support an NDIS provider in preparing medical-legal documents and assisting with administrative tasks related to NDIS claims and compliance. This role requires robust attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and experience in handling legal and medical documentation. Candidates with NDIS experience will be highly regarded.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and draft medical-legal reports, case summaries, and claims documentation
2. Review and organize medical records for legal and compliance purposes
3. Assist in managing NDIS claims and compliance documentation
4. Ensure that all documents are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with NDIS regulations
5. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, email management, and document filing
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including medical professionals and legal representatives
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Experience in medical-legal writing, NDIS claims processing, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of NDIS policies, compliance, and documentation requirements (preferred)
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management tools
