About the Role

This role involves regular outbound phone calls.

Most calls will result in:

* voicemail
* "not right now"
* "we're already covered"
* or a polite no

That is normal. That is expected.

If hearing rejection regularly would drain or discourage you, this role will not be a good fit.

Success in this role comes from:

* great phone manner and communication skills
* showing up consistently
* making the calls anyway
* following up when others don't
* keeping records accurate
* staying calm and professional

This is not a role for someone who:

* needs frequent wins
* is motivated by commission or excitement
* wants constant variety
* or is looking for a "high-energy sales environment"

The role is 2 days per week, with flexible days by agreement.

What You Will Be Responsible For

* Making consistent outbound follow-up and outreach calls
* Following up quotes and checking customer status
* Handling inbound enquiries and directing them appropriately
* Keeping CRM notes accurate and up to date
* Supporting sales and operations with customer communication
* Maintaining a steady commercial rhythm week after week

You will not be expected to:

* pressure customers
* aggressively sell
* close complex deals
* create sales strategy

Clear messaging, training, and support will be provided.

This Role Is Best Suited To Someone Who:

* Is comfortable making phone calls every week
* Can hear "no" without taking it personally
* Is methodical, organised, and reliable
* Prefers clear routines over constant change
* Takes pride in follow-through rather than spotlight moments

Experience in sales support, customer service, admin, or coordination roles is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter more.
