This role drives performance against service level agreements and budgets, providing leadership to account teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, legal, and compliant service delivery.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Relationship & Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong multi-level client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on security.Develop and execute account plans to drive profitability, growth, and service innovation.Maximise margins through technology adoption and efficiency strategies.Ensure contractual service delivery meets agreed KPIs and financial targets.LeadershipProvide clear, strategic leadership across operational teams nationally.Set objectives, drive accountability, and oversee performance at all levels.Manage key issues, stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with company goals.Support business development and future pipeline growth.Performance ManagementLead the development and execution of annual service plans with a focus on profit and continuous improvement.Monitor performance metrics, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.Ensure legal compliance and uphold company standards across all operational areas.Reporting & GovernanceOversee performance reporting and compliance, providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.Support and guide change initiatives across the account.Training & DevelopmentConduct training needs analyses and ensure ongoing professional development.Ensure site and contract-specific training is completed and documented.Foster a culture of innovation by engaging stakeholders and SMEs.Lead collaborative efforts to design and implement operational improvements.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Extensive experience in high-volume, medium to large service environmentsProven ability to design, implement, and evaluate systems and processesStrong experience in developing and managing budgetsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsSenior management experience in dynamic, changing industriesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong conceptual thinking with the ability to deliver practical solutionsEffective project management and strategic planning capabilitiesAbility to respond to market conditions with innovative solutionsSkilled in presenting complex strategic issues to mid-level managementExperience in corporate real estate, security, or facilities management is highly desirable but not essentialWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
