Family owned and run; we are an integrated healthcare and development company currently seeking a passionate and motivated IT Officer to join our team based in North Lakes.
The Role
As part of the service desk team, you will provide first and second level support across Cornerstone Group's core business systems, infrastructure, and end user devices. You will work closely with the broader IT department team members and have exposure to projects, system improvements and modern platforms whilst providing frontline software and hardware support.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users via phone, email and face-to-face.
* Provision user accounts and access, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals for new staff
* Resolve incidents and service requests in line with internal SLAs
* Assist with the diagnosing and resolving of more complex technical issues, escalating to level 3 support where required
* Conduct proactive maintenance, system monitoring and basic performance checks
* Participate in regular IT team meetings, project related tasks and new innovations
Skills and experience:
* Foundational knowledge of an IT support role
* Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Familiarity with systems administration and network management tools
* Experience in the building and development or healthcare sectors would be highly regarded, but not necessary
* Own vehicle and license desirable but not required.
