Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson to carry out various tasks in residential and commercial properties, utilising power tools when necessary.
* The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance tasks in line with health and safety regulations, report potential hazards, and adhere to high standards of workmanship.
* This includes minor repairs such as carpentry, tiling, painting, and plumbing.
You will also assist in planning your daily and weekly schedule, keep colleagues and customers informed, and record all relevant information on handheld devices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
* A valid driving license is required
A strong commitment to health and safety is essential, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Effective communication skills and the ability to use a tablet or smartphone to capture images, input data, and record activities are also necessary.
