We are looking for a skilled Wind Turbine Operator to join our team. At our state-of-the-art wind farm, you will play a vital role in the upcoming harvest.
Your key responsibilities will include operating heavy machinery, such as backhoes and excavators, to maintain and repair wind turbines. You will also be responsible for completing tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
This is a full-time contract position until April/May 2026, offering a competitive hourly rate with an additional allowance for prawn farming. You will have access to salary packaging, novated leasing & rewards programme, and workplace health and wellbeing support.
The ideal candidate will have proven competence in operating heavy machinery in various conditions, a valid ticket/licence for backhoe operators, and some basic technology skills. A reliable attitude, commitment to workplace safety, and availability to work weekends throughout the season are essential.
