The Opportunity
This is a true end-to-end sales role where you will acquire net new logos from within your assigned territory and then focus on retention, growth, and long-term customer success of the accounts.
The Duties
* Acquire net new logo and revenue from within your assigned territory
* Build and manage strong customer relationships (retention + satisfaction)
* Run regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic account planning
* Identify upsell / cross-sell / expansion opportunities
* Partner closely with internal teams (Support, Services, Product) to deliver outcomes
* Advocate internally for customer needs and solve problems quickly
* Understand the customer's business and recommend the right solutions
* Track activity cleanly and consistently in Salesforce
* Hit (and exceed) your growth + account performance KPIs

The Requirements
* 4 years experience in net new logo acquisition SaaS sales
* Bonus points if you've supported customers in:
* Legal / professional services
* Finance / accounting platforms
* HRIS / workforce tech
* Strong written + verbal communication (you can run a room and write a clean follow-up)
