We're inviting applications to join our permanent workforce at Williamtown RAAF Base as an Aerodrome Operator. This role is part of a broader program delivering base and estate services across regions in NSW/ACT and QLD.
Commencing February 2026, we're looking for people from all backgrounds – whether you bring Defence experience, industry knowledge, or transferable skills from other sectors.

What You'll Do
* Maintenance and upkeep of site aerodrome and surrounding grounds
* Provide inspection and compliance to relevant standards
* Input into aerodrome and grounds tools used for reporting
* Use of aerodrome delivery and inspection plans
* Ensure work delivered aligns with Aerodrome requirements
What You'll Bring
* Certificate IV in Aviation (Ground Operations and Service).
* Certificate III/IV in Horticulture (desirable)
* CASA Aerodrome Reporting Officer Certification (desirable)
* CASA/ DASA Endorsement - NSW
* Current Open Driver's licence
