**Project Manager Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at our Taree office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Negotiating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
* Developing relationships with potential clients and improving/maintaining existing client relationships
* Assisting Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery – ideally in land development
* Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
* Experience budgeting, commercial acumen and risk management
* High level industry awareness and engagement
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
