Key Responsibilities
* We are looking for someone to manage daily centre operations, including staffing and parent communication.

* Prioritising children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures, is crucial to this role.

Requirements
* An ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
* The minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role, is required.
* A current Working with Children Check is necessary.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
* The ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively is vital.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development is expected.
