Client Services Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, focusing on long-term value creation, strategic alignment, and partnership development. You will act as the primary point of contact for tactical stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, Procurement, and People & Culture teams across a national client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for tactical stakeholders
* Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, culture, talent needs, and engagement strategy
* Lead service review meetings, ensuring alignment with contracted terms and SLAs, using storytelling techniques to present insights and recommendations
* Analyse data and provide business intelligence to drive decision-making
* Ensure recruitment services consistently meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs
* Support internal teams through operational enablement, training, and upskilling
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Professional presentation and confidence in client-facing environments
* A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and strategic outcomes
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and manage complex stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach to stakeholder management
* Adaptability and a collaborative team player attitude
