Application Process
If you're ready to kick-start your career in property and cancommit to working part-time (3 days/22.8 hours per week), follow these simplesteps to apply for our 2026 Student Program:
Step 1: Prepare Your Application Send us two documents:

- Whatinspired you to apply for the Knight Frank Student Program?
- What uniqueexperiences or perspectives would you bring to our team?
Step 2: Recruitment Process Shortlisted candidates will go through:
- Twointerview rounds
- Referenceand police checks
Step 3: Offer Time Offers will be made in September 2025, with the programofficially kicking off in early February 2026.
