Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, including customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
* Team Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and coach team members to improve their skills and performance.
* Rostering: Create and manage rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimize labor costs.
* Stock Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and implement strategies to reduce stock loss.
* Reporting: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
* Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity.
