Qualifications / What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a high-volume, a la carte restaurant or premium bar environment
* A current and valid RSA
* Solid cocktail fundamentals, spirits knowledge, and confidence preparing drinks
* Solid wine knowledge and the ability to make thoughtful recommendations to guests
* Confidence with POS systems, cash handling, and bar stock procedures
* A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
* Ability to thrive during busy services while maintaining attention to detail and presentation
* Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
