Your role
About the opportunity:
* This is your chance to get a real taste of retail, as you're exposed to every facet of the business over the 12 months of your placement.
* You'll spend the first few months in the store, learning about (and doing) everyone's different roles.
* It can be arduous work stacking shelves, operating the till, and serving customers whatever's required, but you're there with a helpful smile and a good head on your shoulders.
* Once you know what goes into every role, you'll be better equipped to manage and lead the team.
* Along the way, you'll complete several different projects in various areas across the business, including Logistics, Administration, Property, and Trading.
* You'll also work alongside an Area Manager, getting a real insight into their role.

With a dedicated mentor from day one, you will get the support you need. Working alongside the area manager, you will demonstrate your new-found skills.
