Job Title: Planning And Supply Chain Coordinator
Our team is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to manage administrative functions within the purchasing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily tasks and activities within the purchasing team, including purchase orders, planning, reconciliation, scheduling and data management.
* Coordinate with production and warehousing staff to ensure seamless operations.
* Verify and reconcile inbound goods via dispatch, maintain accurate records and up-to-date information at all times.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Ability to multitask while working under pressure and time restraints.
