Luxury boutique Hotel and Dining Room, Raes on Wategos, is seeking a qualified and professional full-time Hotel, Food & Beverage Supervisor for our recently opened Raes Guesthouses in Wategos.
The Guesthouses is a unique 11 suite hotel property with an in-house elevated Food & Beverage program, operating from breakfast through to early evening.
This property is exclusive to guests of Raes Guesthouses and Raes Hotel and requires an individual who has experience in both Food & Beverage and Hotel service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Delivery of exceptional guest service and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Demonstrate leadership and encourage a high level of customer service amongst all staff across the property
* Assist the Raes F&B Manager in training and education of all FOH staff
* Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with guests, products, sales, inquiries and catering to guests needs
* Comply with food hygiene and health regulations
Preferred Skills & Attributes
* Previous F&B experience in a luxury hotel or resort
* Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a supervisory role
* Strong and competent knowledge about food and wine
* Excellent customer relation skills
* Attention to detail ensuring that everyday runs smoothly
