About the Opportunity
As the Business Development & Marketing Lead (Value‐Added Products), you will shape the future of Holcim's Value‐Added Products (VAP) offering, develop and execute forward‐thinking marketing strategies, support the national commercial strategy, and drive brand positioning across all concrete‐related activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and materials for VAP and concrete, focusing on awareness of Holcim's value‐added and sustainability offerings.
* Manage the annual marketing budget for the concrete division, ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet strategic objectives.
* Support the overall operation of the national Commercial Function, contributing to cross‐functional initiatives and alignment with national commercial priorities.
* Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial builders, architects, engineers and sustainability professionals, to drive market penetration and support business development efforts.
About You
* Experience leading marketing strategy and execution within the construction materials industry or related fields.
* Proven track record in building and construction materials and their use in various forms of construction (preferred).
* Project management experience.
* Effective management of third‐party contractors and suppliers.
* Qualifications in Business Management or related disciplines; additional technical qualifications are a bonus.
