Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with our drivers and collaborate as part of a greater team.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
* Exhibit ownership, accountability, and integrity in all aspects of your work.
* Oversee and closely collaborate with a trade assistant.


What We're Looking For

* Valid qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (Certificate III) or equivalent.
* Experience in the Heavy Diesel repair industry.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
* Commitment to Safety and Quality Assurance Policies.
