Automotive Trainer Position
About the Role:
As an Automotive Trainer based at our Launceston campus, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the automotive industry by delivering training that ignites passion in future champions.
Your duties will include driving excellence, aligning training to learner and industry needs, fueling student success, inspiring and supporting them from campus to career, and maintaining accurate and updated records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver training programs that meet industry standards and expectations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in automotive technology.
* Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum and assessments.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant automotive qualification and current industry experience are essential.
* Air conditioning and electric vehicle experience is highly desirable.
* Experience as a mentor or trainer is also desirable.
* Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and turn them into practical, hands-on lessons.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
