A great opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our fully geared Maintenance Contract team based at Kwinana Beach.
In this role, you'll support the planning and scheduling of maintenance project activities for our clients' assets. You'll work closely with the Lead Planner and collaborate with both Ventia and client teams to make sure work is planned, resourced, and delivered smoothly.
The successful candidate will provide advice to the Project Engineers on resources for critical packages of work to ensure associated procurement and suppliers are engaged or purchased in a timely manner.
You will be required to engage subcontractors to execute the planned scope of work and ensure the work is completed in a safe and timely manner.
Key Experiences & Skills
Relevant Certifications in Planning & scheduling e.g. Maximo, Primavera (P6) would be advantageous.
Previous experience in Planning/Scheduling development in Project or Construction areas in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Industries.
Create & development of progress updates and project reporting as required by Management & Client representatives.
Demonstrated coordination and organisational skills.
Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a Member of a Team.
Demonstrated written Communication and IT skills.
An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a Project/Construction/Shutdown Environment with multiple Stakeholders.
