Role Overview:As the Road Service Supervisor, you will oversee a talented team of technicians, coordinate road service activities, and ensure that all service deliveries meet our high standards for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience & Traits Required:Trade Certificate: LV, HV, Diesel, or Fitting/Turning.Leadership Experience: Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a road service or mechanical setting is highly valued.Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues in a field service environment.Experience: Previous work in road service, mobile repairs, and managing service teams in industries like vehicles, trucks, engines, or plant equipment.Interest in Mechanics: Candidates with a genuine interest in cars, machinery, or similar are preferred, as this leads to a greater passion for service quality and customer satisfaction.Honesty and Transparency: We value candidates who are self-aware and honest about their strengths and areas for growth.Cultural Fit: It's crucial that candidates work well with our existing team.
