About your new role:
* Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
* Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations
* Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team
A little about you:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current WWVP, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
* Experience in an early childhood setting
* A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
* Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
