Collaborating closely with the Clinical Director, Psychiatry Registrar, headspace Early Psychosis Manager, and headspace Eastern Shore Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care to young people across the state. Your responsibilities will include: Lead clinical care for young individuals from intake to treatment completion. Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in a collaborative environment with clients and families. Develop and implement discharge plans ensuring continued care. Supervise Psychiatry Registrars and provide clinical leadership to the team. Engage in research, service evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
