About the role
This is a part-time (4 days per week) Receptionist/Office Support role at Prompt Settlement & Conveyancing Services, based in Northam, Western Australia. If you are specifically looking for a full time role, this role could be progressed to 4.5 days or a full time role where required. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression for our clients and visitors. Your strong administrative and customer service skills will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
* Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Client document signing meetings
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
* Assisting with various office tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a professional services environment or previous experience in a customer service role.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
* Willing to take on and learn new tasks as directed
* A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude
* Applicants with a previous experience in a Real Estate, financial or settlement agency setting would be highly regarded, however full training would be provided for the successful applicant.
