As a key member of our IT team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Provide hands-on technical support for desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and software applications.
 2. Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional IT services.
 3. Utilize your analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceDesk tickets with a proactive approach.
 4. Facilitate IT setup processes for new hires and internal team moves to ensure seamless transitions.
 5. Ensure accurate maintenance of IT asset registers and software licensing records.
 6. Deliver high-quality training and coaching to end-users (on-site and remote) to enhance their IT skills and confidence.
 7. Contribute to IT projects and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and excellence.
 8. Collaborate with the Property & Facilities team to ensure smooth relocations and minimal disruptions.
 9. Maintain accurate documentation and ticket closure procedures.
