About the Role
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role supporting administration, finance, and workforce operations, with a key focus on financial accuracy, payroll processing, Accounts Receivable and Payable and compliance.
You will play a critical role in supporting our financial systems, ensuring payroll integrity, and maintaining high-quality administrative processes across the organisation.
* Key Responsibilities
* Payroll (Primary Focus)
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
* Support billing, invoicing, and financial record management
* Prepare and validate payroll data, including timesheets, allowances, and leave
* Support end-to-end payroll processing, including pay runs and reconciliations
* Respond to payroll enquiries with accuracy and confidentiality
* Assist with month-end reporting, audits, and financial compliance
* Identify and escalate discrepancies or financial risks
Broader Administration Support
* Provide high-level administrative and customer service support
* Maintain records, reports, and documentation
* Assist with compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate across HR, workforce, and operational teams
About You
Essential:
* Demonstrated administration experience (aged care, health or community services desirable)
* Experience in finance, payroll, or accounts administration
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable:
* Payroll and rostering system experience (Inerva, Loopsafe & Lookout)
* Knowledge of aged care funding or compliance requirements
