* Temporary full time role (80 hours per fortnight) with access to ADO's, 5 weeks annual leave and salary packaging (Parental Leave)
About The Role
We are seeking applications for an enthusiastic Grade 1 Occupational Therapist to join our clinical rotational program, which has:
* 12 rotations across acute, inpatient rehabilitation, community rehabilitation (CRC), community health (CHC) and Child and Family Services settings
* Clinical specialties of orthopaedics, surgical, medicine, neuro rehabilitation, geriatric evaluative management (GEM), trauma and paediatrics
* Bed based rotations inclusive of a weekend and public holiday roster with additional financial rewards with pay and leave for weekend work
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessment, intervention and review within multidisciplinary teams
* Manage a clinical caseload appropriate to a Grade 1 role
* Participate in collaborative care planning and outcome measurement
* Contribute to quality improvement activities, service development and clinical projects
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with organisational standards
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Clinical knowledge and skills appropriate to a Grade 1 position
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision and support
* Commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional development
* Experience using clinical information systems and adapting to new technologies
