Overview

Position

Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
* Manage and mentor a team of project professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing projects from $70 million upwards.
* Minimum of 7 years industry experience on large-scale construction projects, apartments/residential.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with relevant construction software and project management tools.
